What to expect
Following discussion of your child's needs over the phone or via email, I will visit your home and carry out a full assessment of your child's speech, language and communication skills. This involves case history, observation and assessment. This is carried out in your home so that you and your child are most at ease and your child is within familiar surroundings. At the end of this session I will discuss my findings and recommendations with you. Individual therapy sessions may not be appropriate for all children however will discuss the options available.
I also offer the following services:
Bespoke service to nurseries and schools and private health organisations
Multi-disciplinary team assessment for autism spectrum conditions for both children and adults
Bespoke training for colleagues in health and education settings.
Supervision for colleagues including newly qualified therapists
I am now offering online assessments and therapy sessions. Please contact me for more information.
I actively encourage parents/carers and teaching staff to participate in therapy sessions
so that the activities can be carried out between the sesssions.
This will facilitate your child's progress.
